Hello! I'm Dr. Ruchi Pandya, a dedicated physiotherapist with a passion for sports and rehabilitation. I completed my Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Parul University, India, and gained hands-on clinical experience through internships in multi-specialty hospitals and a full-time physiotherapy role at Q Care Physio Clinic in Ahmedabad.Currently, I'm pursuing my MSc in Sports and Exercise Medicine at Leeds Beckett University, UK. I’m especially interested in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and providing evidence-based care to help individuals return to their best performance.My goal is to contribute to a healthcare team in the UK where I can grow professionally, support athletes and active individuals, and make a meaningful difference through hands-on care and collaborative practice.
