About Me
I’m a medical doctor and public health specialist with over five years of experience in HIV/AIDS programming, maternal and child health, and clinical service delivery. I hold an MPH, MBChB, and BSc in Human Biology from the University of Zambia.Currently, I serve as a Medical Mentor with Meharry Medical College, where I lead clinical operations in high-volume MCH units, strengthen Early Infant Diagnosis (EID) services, and support multidisciplinary teams to improve pediatric ART outcomes. My work focuses on driving progress toward Zambia’s 95-95-95 targets and ensuring quality, patient-centered care for women and children.Previously, I worked as an HIV/TB Medical Officer with the Lusaka Provincial Health Office under CDC, implementing HIV prevention and treatment programs, training healthcare workers, and championing men’s health initiatives through media and community engagement. My background also includes frontline clinical experience at Kanyama General Hospital, where I managed emergencies across multiple departments and initiated ART for newly diagnosed clients.I’m passionate about health systems strengthening, capacity building, and public health leadership, with a track record of mentoring teams, driving quality improvement, and collaborating with government and partners to deliver impactful health programs
