I’m Funke, a product designer with a growing love for creating simple, clear, and meaningful digital experiences. My journey into design hasn’t been smooth or straightforward, but it’s real. I started from curiosity, picked up the basics, paused, tried again, and kept finding my way back because building things that help people genuinely makes me happy. I’ve worked across different roles from customer support, social media, admin, and each one shaped how I design today. I understand people, I listen deeply, and I pay attention to the small details that make an experience feel human. I’ve also completed internships, taken design courses when I could, and taught myself a lot with the little I had. Now that I finally have my own laptop, I’m committed to growing every day and putting real work into my craft. I enjoy turning ideas into clean layouts, thoughtful flows, and designs that feel familiar and easy to use. I’m currently building case studies from real problems around me from an AI platform to real estate to artisan services because I want my portfolio to show who I am, not just pretty screens. I’m still learning, still improving, and still showing up. What I lack in years of experience, I make up for with consistency, empathy, resilience, and a genuine desire to create work that solves real problems.
