I am Stephen Raj D, a highly passionate Junior Designer Engineer with a strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering and a specialization in 3D design, product development, and automotive designing. I currently work at AUTOMIC ENGINEERING SERVICES as a Junior Design Engineer, where I focus on the design and development of specialized machinery for the Tire Manufacturing Process. My core responsibilities include executing comprehensive design packages, from initial concept to detailed 3D modeling and creating precise manufacturing drawings. Crucially, I apply ASME Y14.5 GD&T principles to ensure component interchangeability and optimal assembly. I am proficient in key CAD tools, particularly Catia V5, as well as AutoCAD, CREO Parametric, and SolidWorks. My skills extend to part modeling, assemblies, sheet metal work, and surfacing.
